These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Saratoga Painting Dude. By requesting an estimate, scheduling work, or allowing services to be performed, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Services Provided

Saratoga Painting Dude provides residential and commercial painting services throughout Saratoga County, New York. Services may include interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, deck staining, surface preparation, and related professional painting work.

Estimates & Scheduling

All estimates are provided free of charge and are based on visual inspection and information available at the time of the estimate. Scheduling is subject to weather conditions, material availability, and workload. Estimated start dates are not guaranteed.

Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate or invoice. Payment is due upon completion of the agreed scope of work unless otherwise specified in writing. Late or non-payment may result in additional fees or collection actions.

Surface Conditions & Preparation

While professional preparation is included, Saratoga Painting Dude is not responsible for pre-existing structural defects, hidden damage, wood rot, mold, or prior coating failures that become visible during or after the work.

Warranties & Limitations

Any warranties offered apply only to workmanship and do not cover failures caused by structural issues, moisture intrusion, normal wear and tear, or acts of nature. Paint manufacturer warranties are separate and governed by the manufacturer.

Property Access & Safety

Clients agree to provide reasonable access to the property during scheduled work and to keep pets, children, and personal belongings clear of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.

Limitation of Liability

Saratoga Painting Dude shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
